  • Bring a wealth of housing related asset management and property maintenance, compliance and fire safety management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations
Experience and qualifications:
  • Experience of fire safety enforcement procedures and audits is essential for this role
  • A good understanding of passive and active fire protection measures
  • HNC/D in Building related subject
  • Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety or Fire engineering
  • Membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers or an equivalent membership body
