With the ever growing demand the company are constantly investing in the site to provide and evolve with the latest technology. My client are looking for a resident Maintenance Supervisor to join the teamThe RoleAs a Maintenance Supervisor you will be:Be responsible for a team of 2 engineers on a shiftLooking after the automation on site day to dayWorking with the SSoWMeetings with seniors and to plan the day for your engineersAppraisals, Sick and hiring for your teamThe CandidateIn a Maintenance Supervisor I am looking for:Someone with a recognised engineering qualificationAn aspiring engineer looking to take their first steps in management or an Supervisor looking for their next stepsA strong communicator who will be able to perform under pressure and hit KPIsBe happy walking 6/7 miles a day round the siteATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
