We are seeking a skilledFabricatorto join our Manufacturing team. Working closely with the Fabrication Supervisor and Principal Fabricators, you will produce high-quality parts and assemblies to tight specifications in fast-paced, time-constrained environments. Using your expertise in fabrication, you will interpret engineering drawings, follow work instructions, and ensure all parts meet strict quality and delivery expectations.This is a hands-on role where precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are key.MUST HAVE:Mechanical Engineering / Manufacture ExperienceKey Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings to set fabrication processes and standards.Define manufacturing approaches, fixtures, tooling, and time estimates.Operate and set departmental equipment and tooling to meet required standards.Support machinery service and maintenance schedules.Assist in defining inspection processes and ensuring quality standards are achieved.Proactively identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure health and safety policies are followed and enhanced at all times.Maintain accurate records of work, including process adherence checks.Support colleagues by covering key responsibilities during absences.Keep the fabrication area clean, safe, and well presented.Demonst...
