To learn more about our company and the other supply chain companies of Ahold Delhaize USA visit .Analyst II Outbound LogisticsWhat Youll be Trusted to Deliver: Responsible for managing the daily Workflow process as it relates to the Warehouse Management Systems Outbound routing package and Ordering Entry Systems as well as acts as a liaison to the IT Department. Coordinates the workflow requirements with business partners. Ensures total customer service satisfaction with Retail Merchandising Trucking Vendors and Partner Providers Communicates with Demand management team as necessary to resolve any retail ordering issues Will assist in training new associates in WMS ITM and Order Entry activities and systems hardware troubleshooting Responsible for evaluating and recommending modifications to procedures or processes impacting their workflow or team Be able to handle day to day problems associated with the flow of orders system issues emergency situations with a DC facility or stores Act as the technical resource within their area of responsibility Contribute to writing Standard Operating Procedure manuals for all tasks Other duties will applyWorking Schedule: Hybrid: 3 days in office (working hours). Second Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Rotating Weekend ShiftQualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Familialarity with the following computer programs: SEGA WMS TLM Excel.
