Position: Binding Technician
Salary: £45,000 +
Location: Hybrid in London
In conjunction with the Program Manager and the Third Party Administrator Manager is effective in the configuration of binding agreements into the management system and the ongoing processing of all bordereaux ensuring timely and accurate processing and reconciliation of bordereaux data.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrable experience in the receipt and processing of bordereaux.
- Good understanding of working in a delegated underwriting and claims environment.
- Ability to work with external parties to resolve bordereaux quality issues.
- Experience of using Distribind or some other system based bordereaux management solution.
- Ensuring that all binders are correctly configured into the binder management system in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring that all bordereaux, risk, premium and claims, are received from the cover holders and claims administrators within contractual service levels.
- Work with cover holders and claims administrators to ensure that all bordereaux are complete and accurate, and to resolve data quality issues that may arise.
- Completely and accurately load all bordereaux received into the binder management system within required timescales.
- Resolve any errors that may occur as bordereaux are loaded into the binder management system.
