You will have the opportunity to work for a forward thinking and progressive organization within a dynamic team environment where there are excellent progression opportunities.Reporting directly to the Broker Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for managing your own accounts with a view of growing the existing book of business.You will also be responsible for identifying and winning new partnerships by undertaking proactive outbound call campaigns.In addition this role will be involved in supporting across all areas of Broker Service to ensure that we continue to drive our focus on Customer Centricity and deliver on the following duties & responsibilities:Strive to achieve company KPIs across SalesCommunicate effectively with team and senior managementProvide the highest levels of broker support striving for first contact resolutionEnsure that all operating procedures and regulations are followed in line with FSA and Cigna guidelinesMonitor turn-around times to ensure contacts are settled within required time scalesBuild relationships with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the BrokerActively support all team members and provide resource to enable all operational goals to be achievedExperience Required:Previous sales experience and understanding the full 360 sales cycle is requiredFluent in French with the ability to speak and write confidentlyThe ability to demonstrate experience working within a team environmentOutbound sales experience or a good knowledge of insurance products is preferredA proven track record of successSkills and Qualities:Ability to work under own initiative and be proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.Ability to organise prioritise and manage workload to meet individual and team targetsAbility to quickly identify customer needs in a professional and confident mannerAbility to exercise judgementMaintain a positive attitude and good work ethicBe flexible and open to changeWhy Youll Love Working here- Competitive salary- Multicultural and hybrid working environment- Private Medical Insurance- Employee Wellbeing Benefits- Educational Development ProgramAbout Cigna HealthcareCigna Healthcare a division of The Cigna Group is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
