We’re looking for an enthusiastic Information Security Analyst to join our growing IT team and play a vital role in safeguarding our business operations and information assets.What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Monitor, analyse and respond to outputs from key security systems including SIEM, email security and endpoint protection toolsAssist in the investigation and triage of security alerts and incidentsCarry out regular vulnerability scanning, remediation planning, and support internal/external security auditsMaintain and improve information security documentation and contribute to the continual advancement of our ISMSSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testingGet involved in exciting IT projects across the wider businessPromote a strong security culture throughout the organisationStay on the pulse of emerging security threats and technologiesTravel to other business sites when requiredSupport the InfoSec Manager with any additional tasks as neededWhat You’ll BringDegree in Cyber Security or a related fieldProfessional qualification(s) such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+ or similarExperience working in an information security roleStrong interest in cyber security and technology innovationKnowledge of cloud services — ideally AzureFamiliarity with security tools such as Nessus and WireSharkUnderstanding of business continuity, disaster recovery and secure development practices (OWASP Top 10)Awareness of standards such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and/or NISTExcellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitudeAble to produce clear, accurate documentationWhy Join Us?Chance to shape and influence our information security strategyContinuous learning environment with support for professional developmentWork across multiple sites and projects — no two days are the sameIf you're looking to grow your cyber security career and make a real impact on security resilience, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and help keep our business safe and secure.
