Contract Duration: 6 months Location: London/Hybrid (Circa 3 days in the office) Rate: £390/day outside of IR35Our client is looking for an experienced Change communications manager to lead the planning, shaping, delivering, and influencing communications required to support infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity projects across the business.To be considered for this role, you must haveExperience of delivering change communications within complex environments.Ability to drive an effective communications plan.Self-motivated, organised and confident working with senior stakeholders.Experience with infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity projects.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.Adaptable and energetic to manage multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal and external communications through a clearly-defined, detailed communications plan that aligns to the overall programme plan.Ensure business readiness through clear communication and clear, regular articulation of the business benefits of the programmes to our various stakeholders.Develop new and imaginative ways of communicating change to colleagues across multiple geographies, cultures and working environments.Measure the impact and effectiveness of the communications strategyCoordinate activities with the rest of the programme team, communications team and senior leaders to ensure communications are aligned and messaging is consistent with corporate narrative.If you are immediately available, have a previous proven background in the above and are keen to join a great organsiation then this is an opportunity that you should consider Please send your CV for our careful consideration
