About the Role

A leading Independent school in Haringey is seeking a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their highachieving department. This parttime permanent role starts in April 2025 offering the opportunity to teach French and Spanish up to KS5 fostering a passion for languages and global culture.

The MFL department provides students with language exchange programmes cultural immersion opportunities and advanced language labs. Responsibilities
  • Teach French and Spanish across KS3 KS4 and KS5 helping students develop fluency and confidence
  • Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel exams strengthening their written and verbal skills
  • Integrate cultural studies literature and authentic language resources into lessons
  • Work collaboratively to enhance and develop the MFL curriculum
  • Support extracurricular activities such as language clubs exchange programmes and cultural events
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in French Spanish or a related field
  • PGCE or QTS
  • Experience teaching MFL up to KS5
