Annual salary: up to 35129.06General Operative Location: Peterborough Salary: 35129.06Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time Hours42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Drainage Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance team following an internal promotion. This practical hands-on role involves a variety of tasks to help maintain our properties to a high standard. Responsibilities include unblocking sinks baths and drains using jetting machines and drainage rods as well as clearing repairing and replacing guttering and down pipes. The role also involves carrying out minor plumbing repairs such as fixing or replacing wastes and traps.
