The Beacon School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral Lead & Attendance Officer on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week (term time only) where the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting student wellbeing and promoting excellent attendance across the school.Your opportunityThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. As Pastoral Lead & Attendance Officer you will provide targeted support and guidance to students across two key year groups helping them overcome social emotional behavioural and safeguarding challenges that may hinder their learning. Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams you will coordinate interventions and build positive trusting relationships with students to help them thrive.
