We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to contribute to the success of a thriving logistics team at their site based in Stockport.This role involves managing the logistical shipment and freight of various raw materials to key customers worldwide, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with customs regulations.What’s on offer? * £29,000 per year * Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm * 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Performance related bonus scheme * Employee pension scheme * Medical cover (after 1 year) * Company mobile & laptopWhat will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator? * Assisting with import and export documents, including customs clearances * Arranging the movement of goods from third-party warehouses for delivery in the UK and EU * Ensuring customs compliance and maintain accurate records * Raising invoices and customer orders * Liaising with third-party warehouses for order picking and labelling * Creating delivery notes and Certificates of Analysis * Ensuring shipping compliance and managing general admin duties * Handling purchase and sales invoicing and stock management * Ensuring all orders are booked in with customers before deliveriesWhat do you need? * Previous experience in logistics * A knowledge of imports/exports and UK/EU road movements * Strong communication, organisational and writing skillsIf you possess the required skills and experience for this role, we want to hear from you.
