  • Development and management of budget holder relationships with senior stakeholders playing a key role in delivering on the strategic plan.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the financial position of the department ensuring strong analytical delivery and budget management
  • Reporting, analysis, and presentation delivery to senior stakeholders
  • Attend key meetings as the finance subject matter expert.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to drive budgeting and forecasting processes. 
  • Line management of one direct report including day-to-day management, PDR and probation review
  • Drive strategic and operational management processes in-line with the long-term plans

Be a strong advocate of analytics, developing a deep understanding of the business to make sure that analysis is embedded in everyday decision making. Draw meaningful insights and ideas from large data sets to support and improve business performance. Your Experience…

  • ACCA / CIMA / Qualified 
  • Excellent excel and modelling skills
  • Developing the collation and reporting of data
  • Able to demonstrate evidence of working in a growing organisation with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and commercial teams
