We have partnered with an impactful organisation in the charity sector who is currently searching for a technology agnostic IT Program Manager.The business is embarking on a multi-year organisational transformation focused on modernising technology & processes, elevating digital maturity, and improving end-to-end service delivery.Position: Technical Program Manager (reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer)Type: Fixed term contract (FTC) for 2 yearsLocation: remote with occasional travel to LondonStart date: ASAP ideally but flexible for the right individualSalary: £90 000 - £100 000 per yearThis role provides the technical programme leadership required to ensure the successful planning, orchestration, integration, and delivery of the organisation's digital change portfolio.Acting as the central connective point between business strategy, technical delivery, and organisational readiness, this individual will need to ensure that engineering, data, systems, cyber security, and process improvements land seamlessly and deliver real-world value.As a senior member of the transformation team, the postholder works closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Data, Head of Strategy and Head of People & Culture, having indirect influence over multi-disciplinary technical and delivery departments.Knowledge required:-Strong knowledge of modern technical architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns, and systems lifecycle management.-Understanding of data governance, cyber security, digital identity, and enterprise change controls.Experience in delivering projects across the following areas (at least 3 of them) is a must:CRM (ideally D365 or Salesforce)ERPCMS/Website Data If you have over 5 years' experience in Program Management across different technology transformations and industries, please apply for immediate consideration.
