Location - Forth Valley Royal HospitalGrade & Speciality - Consultant Elderly CareDates - ASAP start for 12 weeks initially likely to be extended on a 3 monthly basisRota - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pmDetails - Work as part of a team to support one of our Ageing and Health Wards. Supporting resident doctors to ensure timely investigation and discharge planning. Daily ward round to see new patients and manage any urgent issues. Review of stable patients at least twice a week. Support of MDT meetings working with colleagues to optimise patient care.
