The Role Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quarry Fitter to join our team. Located within our dynamic Quarry operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe maintenance and repair of our mobile and fixed plant equipment. You will be workingMon to Fri working across 2 sites, 6.30AM to 4.30PM.

Responsibilities of the Quarry Fitter
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repair work on quarry equipment, including crushers, conveyors, and screeners.
  • Diagnose faults and perform mechanical and electrical repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
  • Assist in planned maintenance tasks and participate in scheduled machine overhauls.
  • Collaborate with site management to plan and prioritise maintenance work efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
