As they continue to growth, they are now in a position where they need to enhance the already successful sales team, who work collaboratively to ensure the customer journey is seamless and accounts are maximized.
Supporting the wider sales team, this is a varied role which will see the successful candidate touch upon sales administration, new business development, and elements of customer service. Suited to a detail-orientated and proactive candidate, who has a 'can-do’ attitude and wants to become part of a company where progression is encouraged and career development opportunities are on offer.
What’s in it for you?
- Work hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday with a 4pm finish on Friday
- Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 plus a bonus
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Identify potential opportunities through LinkedIn, website enquiries, and word of mouth, acting upon these and flagging to the wider sales team
- Seek opportunities to upsell, and actively promote the benefits of the company's products over the phone
- Follow up on all project quotes and successfully converting these into sales by handling queries and providing further information
- Log potential and live projects on the CRM, feeding back information to the Sales Managers and Estimators to aid the close of sale
- Request purchase orders to improve the conversion of quotes and actively support the profit margin of projects
- Maintain the company CRM by making detailed notes
- Seek opportunities to upsell, and actively promote the benefits of the company's products
- Support the Sales Managers with all sales administration
Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- Has a history of supporting a sales team and a keen interest in sales and business development
- Exposure to the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Boasts excellent clear communication skills and telephone manner, able to liaise at all levels, with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Results-driven, always looking for opportunities, ways to improve performance, and happy to challenge new business methods
- A natural problem-solver, able to handle and resolve issues as and when they arise
- Possesses leadership skills, confident training new employees
- Strong computer skills, able to use MS Office confidently
- Good organisation skills, able to prioritise workloads and able to respond rapidly
