Core Responsibilities
 
The main responsibility of the role focuses on project management support activities. At the core of the role will be a main project focusing around the establishment of a UK based Service Company with potential involvement in a further programme. Additional ad hoc involvement relates to the wider team’s strategic initiatives.
 
Support the project team in the day-to-day executing and management of all project aspects; including:
 
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for team members.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance and formatting of project artefacts; including:
    • Action Logs
    • RAID Logs
    • Decision Logs
    • Presentation Material
    • Project Plans
    • Minutes of Steering Committee Meetings
    • Project Budgets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and distribute relevant materials.
  • Management of working groups and associated follow-ups.
  • Establishment of working group sub-proposals and analyses.
  • Creation of presentation material for Cross Working Group, Steering Committee and Senior Management meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in analyzing project performance metrics.
 
Support developing the business cases for strategic projects of the team; including:
  • This will include data analysis, preparations of decks and associated Excel / PowerPoint and research work.
  • Own, coordinate and deliver sub-topics and take the lead in driving items forward for assigned initiatives.
 
 
Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
