Highlighting any items which are overdue to the relevant Cell planners.Manage the sales order returns process ensuring parts are booked in punctually and issued to the customer after completion of repair.Work with minimum supervision to identify, predict and resolve problems.Ensure the necessary stock levels of packaging are available in the dispatch area.Work closely with other support functions to deliver the company's objectives.Advocate for the customer and uphold the promised delivery date.Keep customers and systems fully updated on any delays and expected planned dates.Coordinate with other departments to address exceptions.Experience required for the Goods in and Dispatch Supervisor position Previous experience in a dispatch supervisor or similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of logistics and supply chain processesAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environmentAdditional information for the Goods in and Dispatch Supervisor role £28k £30k - depending on experienceDays - Monday to Friday (Early finish Fridays)8am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 12pm Fridays Permanent position - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off Excellent Pension Scheme and additional benefitsBased in Cannock
