Shifts• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefits• Temporary through until the New Year• Weekly pay• No weekend work• Free on-site parking Day-to-Day Duties• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related queries – both internally and externally• Coordinate activities across multiple departments including Transport, Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and the Client• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are escalated and resolved quickly• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs• Troubleshoot and problem-solve to keep operations running smoothly, especially during high-pressure situations• Support with planning, scheduling, and prioritising workloads to meet project milestones• Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions• Ensure all systems and processes are followed correctly and efficiently Essential Skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Good attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively• Professional and proactive attitude• Previous experience in project coordination, operations support, or a client service role• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities• Confident communicator, able to build strong cross-department relationships• Excellent problem-solving skills• Competent systems user• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Team player with a flexible, can-do approach Desirable Skills• Previous operations experience or experience in a related field• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Training Provided• Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout ApplyIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as an Operations Assistant, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
