Maintenance TechnicianThis is a fantastic opportunity if you are a semi-skilled maintenance technician or a good all-rounder with Fabric maintenance skills to get involved and join a team of building services maintenance engineers working at a high-profile commercial maintenance contract located at a vibrant campus that is home to many European HQ's of a major commercial companies.Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician * Daily inspection of the plant rooms and office floors * Set up of meeting rooms. * Taking tap temperatures across the building * Replacing Lamps * Carrying out PPM’s * Escorting visiting contractors around the building * Basic plumbing tasks, attending to leaks and blockages. * Repairs to Fabric of the buildingAbout You as the Maintenance Technician * Good all-round Handyman skills and practical minded * Familiar with using hand tools and basic power tools. * If you had some plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills that would be great. * Experienced Handyman with Mechanical or Electrical plant and equipment would be perfect. * Ability to drive. * Happy to pass a background check for security purposes.This is a busy commercial office facility, lots to keep a Handyman involved and there is a full resident engineering team put in place with full management backup and administrative support.The hours are 07:00 – 16:00From and career perspective this building and environment throws up a lot of challenges and diversity of situations that must be resolved and offers a very rewarding career path.If you are a Maintenance Technician, Handyman / Person, Maintenance Engineer or a good all-round practical person who would like to have a steady job in a comfortable office indoor environment working on maintenance contract on a new building then do not hesitate to send us your CV by clicking “apply now
