Manpower are currently recruiting for a Technical Support & Warehouse Coordinator for a prestigious client based in Droitwich on a temporary basis. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable technical support & Warehouse Co-ordinator to take ownership of preparing, configuring, and dispatching networking equipment to our customers. While the primary focus of the role is on customer equipment setup and shipment coordination, the successful candidate will also assist with general warehouse coordination tasks across two sites during quieter periods or as needed. Key responsibilities Primary: Customer equipment Configuration & Pre-Enablement Order and coordinate delivery of preconfigured equipment and networking equipment for broadband services, ensuring compatibility with specific access technologies (e.g. SoGEA, FTTP, FWA etc). Test all devices to ensure full functionality and reliability before dispatch. Maintain detailed records of configurations, serial numbers, MAC addresses and shipment tracking in approved systems Follow standardised setup procedures and liaise with the IT/networking team to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements. Track inventory levels for routers, SIMs, and associated hardware to avoid stock shortages.
