Sales Executive required to join a well-established electrical manufacturing company in Braintree. Starting salary £23,000pa on a temporary-permanent basis working 08:00-16:30 with a 14:00 finish on a Friday As well as this you will be working in a brand new purpose-built facilities, and will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) on permanentKey Sales Executive duties for this position include but are not limited to:Liaise with external and internal customers - end user, Technical Support, Planning/ Logistics and SalesReceive and input customer orders within 24 hours of receipt of orderUp sell of customer orders Review, analyse and progress orders, order related reports/department updates receivedParticipate in Credit Management in liaison with Finance Department - investigate and issue credit/debit notes Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolveEscalate issues to line Management when necessaryProcess and respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, emailAd-Hoc Projects to support Internal Sales and Sales Team Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position:Experience in a sales roles and working to hit tagets/KPI'sGood degree of IT Literacy - MS Office, Excel.
