I’m recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Leisure Marine Engineer to join a well-established UK boatyard that’s growing fast and investing heavily in new projects. What you’ll be doing You’ll be a key part of the engineering team, carrying out a wide range of marine engineering tasks, including: Diagnosing and repairing faults on various leisure marine engines and drive systems Servicing diesel and petrol engines Installing outboard and inboard engines Fitting and maintaining boat systems — propulsion, steering, generators and more Working on fuel, hydraulic and water systems Low-voltage electrical installation, upgrades, and fault-finding Producing accurate job timings, parts lists and clear engineering reports Who we’re looking for A background in leisure marine engineering is ideal Strong mechanical experience from automotive or agricultural sectors will also be considered Someone who works to exceptionally high standards...
