About the Role

As Sous Chef, you'll join a premium Contract Catering team, working within a staff restaurant known for its exceptional standards. This is an ideal role for a candidate with experience in B&I, contract catering, or those coming from high-end restaurant or hotel settings. You'll enjoy the chance to continue honing your culinary skills with fresh ingredients, maintaining top-tier quality standards, and doing so in a more balanced, manageable schedule.
