Job Title: Commercial Insurance Broker

Salary: Up to £45k

Location: Various branches through the UK- see locations below- Office based roles.

We’re super proud to be working with an established insurance broker with a reputation for investing significantly in the training and development of their teams, who are recruiting in several UK locations to support the growth of their commercial division.


Your main duties will be:

  • To promote commercial insurance products and services to existing and new customers
  • Leveraging your sales experience, knowledge, and customer services skills to achieve conversion.
  • Generating new business through leads and referrals and then account managing your clients.
  • Assisting with enquires renewals, quotes, policies etc.
  • Attending networking events, expo's etc as a brand ambassador.


Once you have completed our clients 10 week comprehensive on boarding course, you will be able to evaluate and prepare quotes, renewals, and policies, help with enquiries, and ensure all customers’ best interests are adhered to, whilst generating new business and maintaining excellent client relationships to help the department grow.


You will also be able to take advantage of having a mentor to guide you through and the opportunity to complete the (Cert CII) qualification fully funded.


These full-time roles come with a salary between £30k-£45k+ which is negotiable dependent on experience.

If you are a someone with a personal disposition, who has worked in any B2B sales background previously and enjoyed networking and building a portfolio of clients, then this role is for you.


You must be comfortable with face to face, telephone and email, client engagement- Business to Business clients (B2B)- for both new business and account management. You will need to be committed to your own progression in the role and be keen to studying your CII certification.
