Position: Freight Coordinator Location: Southampton Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a leading and fast-growing global procurement and supply chain specialist. Seeking a proactive and organised Freight Logistics Coordinator to join the team out of their Southampton Office. Job Overview Coordinate both import and export shipments via air, sea, and courier services for international customers Develop and maintain strong working relationships with freight partners and negotiate competitive transport rates Prepare and manage all necessary shipping paperwork, documentation, and package labelling Issue shipment notifications and progress updates to clients in a timely manner Organise the collection and dispatch of goods from global suppliers and distribution points Monitor shipment progress, ensuring on-time delivery and providing accurate status updates to customers Job Requirements Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in logistics, freight, or a related supply chain role. Familiarity with international shipping, import/export processes, and basic freight operations.
