We are seeking an organized, innovative, and passionate individual to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our bar service runs seamlessly and efficiently.

We are offering a FULL TIME POSITION - 36 Hours a week, Wednesday - Saturday.
Work / Life balance is so important to us so the shifts are in 4 days and can be over 8 hours long, so you have to be happy to be on your feet for long periods of time and handle the pressure of continuous checks, able to shake cocktails while maintaining a happy relaxed persona in front of customers, also able to lift heavy stock and have good stamina is a must for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to work every day with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn & prepared for the shift. Place all personal items in designated areas.
  • Have a focus on always continuing your education in all facets of our business.
  • Have complete knowledge of the food and beverage items and preparations.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of modern classic cocktails, as well as popular cocktails and new emerging trends.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Greet guests warmly, genuinely, and with a smile and eye contact.
  • Operate as a team member, helping others and requesting help as needed. Perform any other restaurant duties as requested by management.
  • Ask for help when you need it. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not a sign of weakness.
  • Use heightened awareness on any table with an allergy and be sure to work to code according to our allergy standards.
  • Maintain a neat and properly organized mise end place throughout your shift.
  • Treat all areas of the restaurant with respect, cleanliness and reset to zero when necessary.
  • Make sure the bar is fully stocked on arrival and continuously restocked throughout your shift.
  • Communicate with hosts about how the bar is handling the service flow.
  • Clean and polish glassware and complete the weekly cleaning duties for the bar as well as the opening and closing jobs.
Experience is preferred but on the job training will be given.
