We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position involving both electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment. Contract Type: 12-week temp-to-perm Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (alternating days and nights) Pay Rate: £22.61 (+£33.92 OT) Key Responsibilities * Perform maintenance on a range of plant equipment including: * Conveyors * Electronic Control Panels * Motors, Gearboxes & Bearings * Vibratory Screeners & Feeders * Air Density & Eddy Current Separators * Drying Equipment * Feed Hoppers * Automatic Optical Sorting Equipment * Conduct both proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime. * Carry out welding (stick and MIG) and fabrication work to a high standard. * Follow company Health & Safety procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. * Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production and efficiency targets.
