Security Analyst - £80K - 90KOur client is a growing digital and online Bank.As a true FinTech, they use cutting edge technology and modern agile engineering methods to change what banking is and what finance can do.They’re looking to hire an experienced Security Analyst as they grow their Information Security team.You’ll have the opportunity to own the entire security architecture and function and drive operational processes and policies.You’ll report directly into the CISO and work closely with Engineering and DevOps (you’ll be involved in many Cloud projects with AWS and Office 365) teams, you’ll have the chance to manage security incidents as you see fit, creating best practices and ways of working as you go.You’ll be able to take the lead in Security reviews and work with senior stakeholders across the business to assess risks, mitigate these and resolve incidents / issues.As they’re building a bank from scratch (a quite exceptional challenge) you’ll work closely with their Risk function too, ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date, “fit” the business and are adhered to.Requirements:- Excellent experience in a similar Information Security Analyst position- Experience creating and refining security operations policies and procedures- Good understanding of AWS and Office 365 security- Banking and / or financial services experience would be ideal- Knowledge of AlienVault or similar SIEM tool(s)- Recognised industry security certifications- Excellent communication skills
