Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer youll work closely with line management and production teams ensuring all engineering tasks meet high standards and contribute to continuous improvement.Key responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):Carrying out safe engineering operations reporting hazards and adhering to health and safety policies.Ensuring machine repairs and modifications meet site quality standards.Communicating effectively with production teams and provide clear shift handovers.Supporting and mentoring machine operators in problem-solving.The participation in continuous improvement projects and technical trials.Maintaining accurate records in EMA and Gemba systems.Following preventative maintenance schedules and support site security.Working at Rockline you can expect:To receive competitive pay.To work in a modern fast-paced environment carrying out a physically demanding role.For the heath and safety of yourself and your colleagues to be our number one priority.Work with a team of friendly and supportive colleagues.Key attributes:Strong focus on product quality and safety.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proactive reliable and accountable.Able to work autonomously and make critical decisions.The successful applicant must have:A minimum 2 years engineering experience in FMCG.Relevant engineering qualification.Mechanical engineering experience required electrical experience advantageous.We are looking for two Maintenance Engineers across two different night-shifts:Position One following a rotating shift pattern as follows:Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am (36 hours per week)Week 2: Saturday to Tuesday from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am (48 hours per week)Position Two following a rotating shift pattern as follows:Week 1: Wednesday to Friday from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am (36 hours per week)Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am (48 hours per week) Key Skills Presentation Skills,Hotel Experience,HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,CMMS,Maintenance,Painting,ERP Systems,Programmable Logic Controllers,Power Tools,Manufacturing,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
