This is a multi-year transformation initiative focused on delivering data-driven insights and enabling advanced analytics capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead theend-to-end architecture design and deliveryof a strategic data platform program.Engage withbusiness stakeholders enterprise architects technology partners and delivery teams to define and drive the data strategy.Architect and implement solutions using theMicrosoft Azure Data Stack including:Microsoft FabricAzure Data Factory (ADF)Azure DatabricksMicrosoft PurviewPower BIOneLake andDataverseDefinereference architecturesdata models andintegration patternsfor clinical operational and workforce data.Support HRMS modernization integrating legacy systems with cloud-native platforms.Implementdata governance frameworksaligned withGDPRHIPAA and UK public sector compliance mandates.EnableAI/ML capabilitiesfor predictive analytics and operational insights.Legacy modernisation and implementation of lakehouse architecture.Work n aglobal delivery model ensuring alignment across geographies multi cultural teams and time zonesRequired Qualifications15 yearsof experience indata & analytics platform architecture and design.5 yearsof hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure Data Technologies.Proven track record of deliveringat least one large-scale programwithin theUK public sector preferably inUK healthcare.Strong understanding ofdata meshlakehouse andmodern data architecture principles.Experience working withOracle HCMis highly desirable.Exceptionalcommunication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.Preferred ExperienceExperience inHRMS transformationin public sector or healthcare domains.Familiarity withUK healthcare data standardsOverviewInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
