This role will help your career because: You will be able to build a great portfolio in whatever way you want, and be on a pathway to partnership and equity. The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate TaxDirector and put them on a pathway to Partner level within 2-3 years. Very ambitious SMT who are keen to add more partners into equity and boost their hold on the market. The hiring firm deliver a lot of work from Belfast so not much travel is required and as Director you'll be working with large NI clients as well as SME's. You'll have the option to build whatever portfolio you want. This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast. The Benefits: £95k - £105k salary 15% Bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus stats Private medical Flexible start/finish times Hybrid working The Role: Strategic Tax Planning: Develop and execute strategic tax plans for clients. These plans align with legal requirements and aim to optimize tax efficiency while supporting the clients financial goals. Client Advisory: Provide tailored tax advice to clients, considering their unique circumstances. Analyze tax implications related to business decisions, investments, and transactions. Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
