Site Engineer - Taunton / M5 Corridor up to Bristol Groundwork's & Civil Engineering Full-time | Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits We're looking for a proactive and experiencedSite Engineerto join our team, supporting groundwork's and civil engineering projects along theM5 corridor - from Taunton through to Bristol . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in groundwork's who is confident setting out on busy construction sites and enjoys working across a variety of projects. About the Role: You'll play a key role in ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately, and to specification. Working closely with site teams and project managers, you'll provide setting out, technical support and help maintain high standards across our sites. Responsibilities: Setting out for foundations, drainage, roads and external works Liaising with project teams, site managers and subcontractors Checking drawings, plans and quantities Producing as-built records and maintaining accurate site data Upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards on site What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a Site Engineering role withingroundworksorcivil engineering Proficient with robotic total stations and other setting out equipment Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively on site Desirable: Familiarity withTrimbleequipment and software What We Offer: Competitive salary dependent on experience Company vehicle Pension and holiday package Professional, friendly working environment Opportunities for ongoing training and development Location: Covering sites fromTauntonup through theM5 corridor to Bristol .
