DescriptionWest Suffolk CouncilAddress:Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP33 3YUSalary: 47181 - 52413 per annumHours:37 hours per weekContract: PermanentReference: 0511West Suffolk Council is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the councils operational buildings. This role will be responsible for security building maintenance catering and the procurement of facilities management contracts. You will act as the liaison for tenants regarding office space allocation offices moves and associated charges at West Suffolk House Haverhill House and the Mildenhall Hub.As an experienced manager you will plan coordinate and manage the work of the facilities and technical support teams.
