ITSM Technical Consultant - (ManageEngine / Solarwinds)


Overview


Lucid Support Services are seeking a talented ITSM Consultant, ASAP for a 6-month Contract, with opportunity to extend.


This role will require the successful candidate to be onsite in Cambridgeshire for 2 Days per week


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the deployment, configuration, and patching of Manage Engine software.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the deployment and configuration of Manage Engine software
  • Perform patching and updates to ensure the security and reliability of the environment
  • Document all processes and procedures related to Manage Engine software
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related Manage Engine software
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Manage Engine software
  • Strong knowledge of patching, deployment, and configuration best practices
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Day-to-day


  • Review and implement patch management strategies
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful software deployment
  • Document all configurations and changes made to the Manage Engine software
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Manage Engine software usage
