Salary to £70,000 plus excellent benefits including hybrid working patternThe University of Bath is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to play a leading role in the delivery of an ambitious £750 million capital programme.The University of Bath was founded in 1966 and is known for its strengths in the fields of engineering, natural sciences, social sciences, and management. In the last decade, we have invested over £450 million in our campus - this includes new accommodation, academic buildings, and sports facilities such as the Olympic Legacy swimming pool.As Senior Project Manager you will lead the delivery of a range of capital projects, with budgets up to £150 million across our diverse estate, from our original accommodation and facilities through to new campus upgrades.We are looking for candidates with:Proven success in delivering multiple complex capital projects from inception through to design, construction and mobilisation Understanding of construction forms of contractExperience in procuring, contracting, and managing workloads for both internal and external teams.Demonstrable success in leading external consultants and contractors to achieve project goals.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile, complex programme that will shape the future of the University of Bath.
