Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum impact. Using quality frameworks to track and improve programme success. Line-managing Programme Coordinators, who in turn oversee local teams of Tutors, Job Coaches, and Employer Engagement Officers. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, from Local Authorities to employers, schools, and colleges.What were looking forProven experience in managing large projectsideally in SEND and employability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to develop partnerships and maintain professional relationships.
