At Grundon, we are on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate, and driven Contracts Manager to join our Hazardous Waste Services team based in Benson. Reporting into the Commercial Manager you will play a key role in driving our mission forward building trusted client partnerships, enhancing commercial performance and helping to shape long term solutions that add value for both Grundon and our clients. What will you do Lead and nurture strategic client relationships and accounts Build strong, collaborative partnerships founded on trust Identify opportunities to support commercial growth and long-term value within the organisation Develop and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions Serve as a key link between Grundon and our clients, ensuring clear alignment and exceptional service Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment. Any other duties, such as ad hoc projects, as requested by the job holder's Manager/Supervisor or the Board of Directors that are within the skills and capabilities of the job holder.
