Job Title: Sales/Marketing Intern (Unpaid)
Job Location: On-site in Manchester city centre
Job Type: Full-time, Unpaid Internship
Duration: 3-6 months
Sales Responsibilities:
· Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including client outreach, follow-ups, and lead management.
· Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
· Help maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
· Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and assisting in follow-up tasks.
· Assist in organizing and managing sales events, seminars, and webinars.
· Contribute creative ideas to enhance our sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
· Learn and understand the company's products and services to effectively support the sales team.
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals.
· Assist in branding, content creation, and social media marketing projects.
· Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.
· Help to organize and manage weekly Property Investment Seminars, ensuring events run smoothly.
· Involve in strategy planning and execution in marketing and promotion.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong interest in sales, marketing and business development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well in a team and independently.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Studying a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Sales.
· Prior experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus.
· Understanding of sales or marketing principles and techniques.
Learning and Development Opportunities:
