Highly successful Southend based mortgage brokerage established in 2013.

Their business is expanding exponentially, and they are looking for office-based mortgage advisors to join their already established and successful team.

Salary/OTE: competitive basic salary with OTE of £100,000 dependent on experience

If you are a self-motivated, confident and experienced Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 12 months of experience within the industry, we want to speak with you

Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor: -

  • You must be driven to succeed and demonstrate the desire to outperform your peers.
  • Motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
  • Improve the clients experience throughout the entire mortgage process from the initial appointment to them picking up the keys to their new home.
  • Show the clients what they can achieve by thinking outside of the box with their finances and broadening their opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with a minimum of 12 months in the industry - ideally residential advising experience.
  • Vast knowledge of the market.
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to fit in well with the team.
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Confident and comfortable communicating with all level of clients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
