This role could be for youThis Facilities Services Provider has recently opened an office in Trowbridge and is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover Planned, Reactive, and Minor Electrical works across a portfolio of commercial buildings which include Schools, Offices, and some smaller buildings.As Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for all - Planned Maintenance such as Emergency Light and Fire Alarm testing Reactive Maintenance such as lighting and Power fault finding and repairs Remedial works such as replacing lights, lamps, pumps, motors, 2nd fix such as sockets and switches that need replacing It will also beadvantageousif you have some Mechanical experience, such as HVAC, AHUs, FCU's, general PPMs in Plant rooms etc....Key Responsibilities Will Include Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. Be on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover. Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety. Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time. Carry out work safely and diligently. Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
