You will be based in one of our Offices in the UK managing assigned accounts and working closely with the Customer Operation team to deliver customer satisfaction. You will report through the Customer Portfolios Manager to the Customer Operations DirectorYou will be an expert in the Sectra products you sell and keep yourself updated as regards future products Build and nurture relationships with c-level managers and influencers to become a trusted advisor delivering best practice solutionsDevelop an understanding of the customer strategies aligning them to Sectras solutions to acheive their goalsWork with customers to improve NPS scoresTravel extensively within your territory with the possibility of weekend work and overnight stays away from homeLife at SectraYou will be part of the organisation in the UK who runs the Sales Deployment and Support Departments for our market.
