Job description for the role of Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer:
Job Purpose and primary objectives:

The ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with an experience of 8- 10 years in the IT industry and has been responsible to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the IRM/GRC modules.

The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice programming techniques to develop and configure solutions related to ServiceNow IRM-GRC

Key responsibilities:

Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow/flow designer administration, report setup, data imports, integration, Scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Support integration with third party systems and testing
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Answer technical and application configuration questions.
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Participate in daily scrum calls with scrum master and the customer.

Key Skills/Knowledge:
Hands on development experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC (P&C, Risk Management (must have), Audit Management)
Configure and manage GRC/IRM Workspace(s) from adding, removing, modifying new widgets as per client requirements.
Customized Configuration, OOB and Scripting.
Handle Integrations with third party systems (e.g. PowerBI, QMS etc)
Update Set
Workflow, Flow Designer
Transformation Map
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
Familiar with new Workspace UI designer
Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
Data Imports and Exports
