Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banqueting and volume catering, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for large-scale events and banquets.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
