Customer Excellence Manager - Managing all areas of excellence London Market/Life Insurance - Hybrid Working - Surrey based 6-month Contract £500 - £575 per annumA leading London Market/ Life Insurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Customer Excellence Manager to manage all the areas of excellence such as complaints, quality Audit and technical/credit risk.The ideal candidate will have worked as a Manager or Customer Excellence Manager who has previously worked heavily on improving areas of excellence and you will be overseeing and managing/leading quality auditing (QA) and working closely with the QA team. You will also have had previous experience working with complaints, technical and credit risk teams.
