Financial Adviser An ambitious and dynamic firm is seeking to hire an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their growing team. Working closely with senior leadership to help grow the business and retain an existing client base. Clients are at the heart of our service, taking a personalised approach to financial planning. Dealing primarily with private clients, the successful candidate will be expected to competently advise across the full spectrum of financial planning, including investments, retirement planning, protection and inheritance tax mitigation. The Role Working closely with the firms senior leadership and wider team, you will be involved in the following: Full-time, permanent position. Working with a senior financial planner. Overseeing an existing client base and developing new relationships and business opportunities. Producing and delivering financial plans and suitability reports to a professional standard. Adhering to the firms compliance procedures and FCA regulatory requirements. Admin and paraplanner support. Qualifications & Skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. To hold relevant industry qualifications. Minimum level 4 qualified (essential). Good knowledge and experience of advice process and regulatory requirements. Strong previous experience. Ideally with 10+ years relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills and strong personal organisation. Good team player. IT literate (proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint). A full driving licence and access to your own transport. A clean financial background. The Benefits Competitive remuneration, including basic salary of £30,000 to 40,000. Attractive bonus scheme.
