Sales Coordinator - High-end Brand - Interior Products

Area: Office based - Birmingham

The Role of Sales Coordinator:

  • This role involves providing critical administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
  • As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the A&D Specification Sales Managers in promoting and coordinating the company’s high-end interior products to architects, interior designers, and project managers.
  • You will be responsible for managing sales processes, from initial inquiry to project delivery, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently.
  • This role will also involve working closely with SAP systems to manage order processing and ensure the seamless coordination of freight and logistics operations.
  • In addition, you will support the sales team in securing commercial specifications for prestigious projects in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and office spaces.
  • You will also provide customer service support and support the sales function working as part of a collaberative team.

The Candidate for Sales Coordinator:

  • Our client is looking for candidates with experience in SAP systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly within logistics coordination.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams and managing external client relationships.
  • Candidates should have a proven ability to work within fast-paced environments, where managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring client satisfaction are top priorities.
