Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for the running of the business for both the electrical and the autocad arms of the business.
  • Providing strategic, commercial and operational leadership across all arms of the company.
  • Driving forward ambitious growth plans whilst maintaining and improving the workplace culture.
  • Create and deliver a strategic business plan, driving business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with an engaged, collaborative and accountable team.
  • Lead, mentor, coach and line manage the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance Manager, Technical Managers and beyond (50+ Headcount).
  • Prepare and present monthly Business Updates and Quarterly Strategy Updates to the board.
  • Assess resource needs and support the recruitment, onboarding and retention of high-quality new starters.
  • Capable of managing and inspiring all of the employees to work toward one joint goal.
  • Offer guidance on improving efficiency and margins to maintain and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous success as a Managing Director in a technical industry (Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing etc.)
  • Past success with implement new processes across the company with clear results.
  • Ability to implement efficient processes throughout all arms of the company.
