You will be primarily responsiblefor leading product quality in both customer and production related areas which will include containment investigations corrections and implementation whilst supportingtotal preventative maintenance in the development of a continuous improvement culture throughout the business. Quality Engineer Benefits:Competitive salary22 days holiday including Bank HolidaysPension schemeFree on-site parkingTraining and development opportunitiesOther fantastic benefits Quality Engineer Responsibilities:To assist with the management systemsDeveloping operational procedures for all departmentsTo understand the manufacturing process customers and productsMaintain monitor and review the Quality Manufacturing plans and PFMEAs for key productsSupport the production departments to ensure all control measures are followedConduct quality spot-checks within the departmentDirect inspection of work in progress or completed assembliesProduct audits to ensure standards are followedLiaisewith other departmentsSupport with the implementation of 6S principlesDesirable Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environmentExperience of working/following the ISO 9001 AS 9100 ISO 13485 IATF 15949 StandardsProblem solving and investigation tools such as 8D CAPA 5-WhysInternal auditing to ISO 9001 OR ISO 13485Microsoft Office or equivalentExcellent communication skillsTo apply simply click the apply button.Application Process: We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days.
